Naikauskas Global Business Services was established in canton Zug, Switzerland in 2012. Currently Zug is well known globally as the “Hot-Spot” for multinational companies as well as the “Crypto Valley” for hosting many various technology start-ups. Naikauskas Global Business Services has been providing top-tier consulting services to the Swiss based international companies, foreign companies and individuals abroad aiming to move their companies to canton Zug.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF FOUNDER & CEO OF NAIKAUSKAS GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES

Salvijus Naikauskas possesses more than 22 years of professional experience in Portfolio / Program / Project Management and Counter-party / Credit Risk Management as well as 8 years in Management Consulting and Technology Start-ups. During various roles and assignments with increasing responsibilities at the European Commission, Allianz Group, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Atradius, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) and DNB he has gained international experience and developed his professional network. Salvijus lived and worked in 6 countries and 12 cities and served corporates, financial and public institutions of various sizes acting in a very broad spectrum of industries in EMEA, CIS, North America, South America and Asia-Pacific.

Salvijus is also Co-founder & CEO of Limitless Mind Institute (Switzerland), which is the first Institute of Psychology and Cognitive Science in Switzerland that in its daily practice employs a unique combination of scientific approaches, disciplines and innovative technological solutions.

He holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard University, Harvard Extension School (Cambridge, MA, USA), a PMP license from the Project Management Institute (Switzerland; the PMP is the global gold standard of project management certification) and an MBA degree in International Marketing from the ESB Business School, Reutlingen University (Germany). Salvijus also was awarded with DAAD Scholarship (world's largest funding organisation for the international exchange of students and researchers) for his MBA studies at the ESB Business School. ESB Business School is among the top five percent of all business schools in the world which are accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

In his free time Salvijus is passionate about Cognitive Science, Human - Computer Interaction, Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence as well as helping people to unlock their full potential and perform at their best.
